一、房間展區場地說明

二、藝術設計單位申請 Unit Type Apply
(畫廊, 工作室, 公司, 協會, 組織 gallery, studio, company, association, organization)
1.報名審核費用NTD5,000,作為行政費用束不退款,錄取後不額外收取展位費用。
2.開展前確認展出藝術家、作品清單、售價。
3.作品銷售透過大會系統結帳,畫廊/設計單位75%,主辦單位抽成25%。
備註說明 | 畫廊/設計單位 之抽成費用包含藝術家/設計師分潤與畫廊/單位行政費用。
4. 單位報名沒有限定展出作品類型與藝術家年紀,上限5位藝術家/設計師。建議提出策展主題。
5. 報名需提供基本介紹資訊,以及簡易展出規劃。
6.錄取將以EMAIL 通知;並於展前簽訂切結書與合約。
7. 房型安排將交由主辦單位進行規劃;並將公布平面配置圖通知參展者。
8. 本次特別與platform A 合作特別企劃;每組參展者需提供NTD50,000 內之作品乙件,
於展會開始前一週先上線,博覽會結束後持續線上展出三個月。platform A將負責該件作品
之上架(含文字編輯)、線上宣傳、倉儲保險、金流對接、出貨包裝、出貨物流、客戶七天鑑
賞期退貨處理。
9. 主辦單位保留展後3個月之銷售與抽成權利,若有後續展出規劃,雙方將另行討論並訂定合
約。
1. The application auditing fee is NTD 5,000, which is a non-refundable administrative fee.
There is no additional booth fee will be charged after application.
2. The organizer will confirm the artists, the list of works and the price before the
exhibition.
3. Sales of artwork will be settled through the organizer’s system. The gallery will charge
75% and the organizer will charge 25%.
Note: The gallery’s commission includes the artist’s share and the gallery’s administrative
fee.
4. There is no limitation on the type of works and the age of the artists to be exhibited, but
it is suggested to propose a curatorial theme.(Upper limit of 5 artists per unit.)
5. Basic introduction information and a brief exhibition plan are required for application.
6. The admission will be notified by e-mail; the affidavit letter and contract will be signed
before the exhibition.
7. The exhibit room arrangement will be planned by the organizer, and the floor plan will be
announced to the exhibitors.
8. The organizer is cooperating with platform A for this special project. Each exhibitor is
required to provide a piece of work within NTD 50,000, which will be uploaded online one
week before the fair and continue to be displayed online for three months after the fair.
platform A will be responsible for the artwork uploading (including text editing), online
promotion, storage and insurance, cash flow connection, shipping packaging, shipping
transportation, and customer return handling during the seven-day appreciation period.
9.The organizer reserves the right of sales and commission for 3 months after the exhibition.
If there is any plan for subsequent exhibition, both parties will discuss and sign a contract
separately.
三、藝術設計個人申請 Personal Type Apply
(藝術家, 設計師, 創作者 artist, designer, creator)
1.報名審核費用 NTD3,000元,作為行政費用束不退款,錄取後不額外收取展位費用。
2.沒有限定展出作品類型,個人報名之 藝術家/設計師/創作者,年齡需於 35歲 以下。
3.藝術創作者需搭配一位 策展人/藝術經紀/藝術行政 報名;
協助做執行與銷售,若無則由大會安排。
4.作品銷售透過大會結帳,藝術家抽成50%,藝術行政20%,主辦單位抽成30%。
5. 開展前確認展出藝術家作品清單、售價。
6. 報名需提供基本介紹資訊,以及簡易展出規劃。
7.錄取將以EMAIL 通知;並於展前簽訂切結書與合約。
8. 房型安排將交由主辦單位進行規劃;並將公布平面配置圖通知參展者。
9. 本次特別與platform A合作特別企劃;每組參展者需提供NTD50,000元內之作品乙件,

展出期間結帳需到大會指定方式與地點,經發現違反規定私下自行結帳者,將取消後續展會資格,於合約與切結書中詳列。並展出後3個月,主辦擁有作品之銷售抽成權利,將於合約中詳列。
Sale artworks during the art fair must go to the designated method and place of the art fair. If it is found that violations of the regulations are found to sale artworks privately, the qualification for subsequent art fair will be canceled, which will be detailed in the contract. And 3 months after the art fair, the host has the right to take a commission from the sales of the works, which will be detailed in the contract.
四、線上展售平台計畫
Online exhibition sales project
本次特別與 platform A 合作特別企劃;每組參展者需提供 NTD 50,000 內之作品乙件,於展會開始前一週先上線,博覽會結束後持續線上展出三個月。platform A 將負責該件作品之上架(含文字編輯)、線上宣傳、倉儲保險、金流對接、出貨包裝、出貨物流、客戶七天鑑賞期退貨處理。(主辦單位抽成包含給 platform A平台之費用)
A special plan in cooperation with platform A; each group of exhibitors is required to provide a piece of work within NTD 50,000, which will be online one week before the start of the art fair, and will continue to be displayed online for three months after the end of the fair. platform A will be responsible for putting the work on shelves (including text editing), online publicity, storage insurance, cash flow docking, shipping packaging, shipping logistics, and handling returns during the seven-day appreciation period. (25% will be drawn by the organizer, including the fee for platform A)
五、申請程序
Application process
Step1. 4/30日前繳交報名費,完成報名表單資料繳交。
Step2. 一個工作天,工作人員確認繳交之報名資料,回覆 Email 確認報名成功。
Step3. 5/1 公佈入選參展之 36 個展出者、展出單位。
Step4. 5/5 前確認展出清冊,未提供之作品無法展出。簽訂合約與切結書,提供匯款帳戶。
Step1. Pay the registration fee before 4/30, complete the registration form and submit the materials.
Step2. One working day, the staff will confirm the submission of registration materials and reply to the email to confirm the registration is successful.
Step3. 5/1 announced the 36 exhibitors and exhibitors selected for the art fair.
Step4. Confirm the exhibition list before 5/5, and works list that are not provided cannot be exhibited. Sign the contract and provide the remittance account.

Precautions for Exhibitors
1. 進展及退場時間
-進場時間:2023.05.11(四) 15:00 – 21:00
-活動時間:2023.05.12(五) – 05.14(日) 13:00 – 20:00
-退場時間:2023.05.14(日) 20:00 -22:00, 05.15(一) 09:00 -11:00
2. 房間設備移動及倉儲費用
-房間內調整設備及家俱位置服務費,每次$1500元。
設備包含床墊、床架、行旅客房單人沙發、橢圓茶几、風格客房及行旅套房沙發、行旅套房大理石桌,未經主辦單位同意擅自挪動造成設備及地板損壞,需造價賠償。
-設備或家俱挪出展間服務費,每次$10,000元。註:設備挪動服務費及倉儲費,依獨立展間單一計價,不同展間不可合併計價。
3. 房間保證金
-展商進場時,領展間房卡時需同步提供展間保證金(統一使用信用卡擔保),撤場時完成缺失檢查無異議,將取消信用卡授權額度,如展間有室裝損傷或設備損壞之情況,需照價賠償。
-旅人客房 $10,000元 風格客房 $20,000元 行旅套房 $30,000元
4. 房間提供項目
-房內皆不提供:衛生紙、毛巾、洗漱用品、茶包、杯組、衣架、吹風機、一次性備品、環保袋,僅提供廁所捲筒衛生紙、煮水器1組、6瓶水、垃圾桶。
-展覽期間:不提供展間清潔打掃服務。另外提供生活垃圾丟置處,需配合主辦單位規定,每日定時定點丟棄,如需飯店協助大型垃圾或特殊物品清運,費用另計。
5. 進退場房間注意事項
-進場及撤場時皆需核對房內狀況,雙方皆確認房況無誤後退房才算完成,如有損壞需造價賠償。
-客房如需另行佈置時,以不可破壞現場裝潢與硬體設備,會後需將佈置拆除還原現場,如有損壞需造價賠償。
-僅有一台貨梯,展商進退場需分配時段。
6. 房客及參展商停車注意事項
-入住或展覽期間,每房享免費折抵一輛車之優惠,採空位停放無法保留車位。
-折抵時段為入住當天14:00至退房當日11:30止,不得中途更換車號。
-超出可折抵時段,依停車場管理業者定價收費。

2. Room equipment movement and storage costs
– The service fee for adjusting the location of equipment and furniture in the room is $1,500 each time.
Equipment includes mattresses, bed frames, single sofas in guest rooms, oval coffee tables, sofas in style guest rooms and travel suites, and marble tables in travel suites. If the equipment and floor are damaged due to unauthorized movement without the consent of the organizer, compensation for the cost will be required.
– The service fee for moving equipment or furniture out of the exhibition room is $10,000 each time. Note: Equipment moving service fee and storage fee shall be priced according to a single booth, and different booths shall not be combined for pricing.
3. Room Security Deposit
– When the exhibitor enters the venue, the room card of Link Exhibition needs to provide the booth security deposit at the same time (the credit card is used uniformly for guarantee), and the lack of inspection is completed when there is no objection when the venue is withdrawn, and the credit card authorization limit will be cancelled. In such cases, compensation for the cost is required.

4. Room provision items
-Not provided in the room: toilet paper, towels, toiletries, tea bags, cup sets, hangers, hair dryer, disposable accessories, reusable bags, only toilet paper rolls, water boiler 1 set, 6 bottles of water, trash can .
-During the exhibition: No cleaning service will be provided for the exhibition room. In addition, there is a place to dispose of domestic garbage, which needs to be disposed of in accordance with the regulations of the organizer, and is disposed of at a fixed point every day. If the hotel needs to assist in the removal of large garbage or special items, additional fees will be charged.
5. Precautions for entering and exiting the room
– When entering and leaving the venue, you need to check the condition of the room. Check-out is complete only after both parties confirm that the condition of the room is correct. If there is any damage, you need to pay for the cost.
– If the guest room needs to be arranged separately, the on-site decoration and hardware equipment must not be damaged. After the meeting, the arrangement must be dismantled and restored to the site. If there is any damage, compensation for the cost will be required.
– There is only one freight elevator, and exhibitors need to allocate time slots for entering and exiting the venue.
6. Parking Precautions for Tenants and Exhibitors
-During the stay or exhibition period, each room can enjoy the discount of one car for free, and the parking space cannot be reserved if the empty space is used.
– The redemption period is from 14:00 on the day of check-in to 11:30 on the day of check-out, and the car number cannot be changed halfway.
-Exceeding the discountable time period, the fee will be charged according to the pricing of the parking lot management operator.
